*. You've been songwriting for quite a long time, what was you first song
all about ?
I wrote my first song in 1974 and it is called "Beatle in a worry, Angel
in a story". It is a song about the the changing tides of love!

*. Do you make any concerts ?
I have played clubs for years but the past 2 years I've been working on my archives with the purpose to record anything I had ever written, I still have about 50 songs to go and after that I tou again and I will start in France... Propably this autumn!

*. Best gig you went to ?
I have visited thousand's of gigs.., best gigs were The Clash in Lochem (NL) Johnny Thunders in Rotterdam, Parkzicht these were in the eighties '81-'84 Prince in Feyenoord stadium '85 Andre Williams at Metropolis festival '99 ! Neil Young in Ahoy in '74...

*. Tell us about Anarcista Multimedia ?
I just stopped my company Anarcista Multimedia, because I had problems with the Gouvrnement Bureau of Small Companies. They didn't like my attitude towards money ( I am an Anarchist Nihilist and I am absolutely against money, that's why my music is free and everybody used to boycot me, before the www came and took over!!)

*. How did you produce your songs before the rise of mp3 ?
We hardly ever recorded, the things we did in the past '91-'94 are on the Sole Survivor and the Bad Teacher sites on mp3. We used to work hard save some money and go into a recording studio, not my style I'd rather sit on my flat roof with my waterpipe and a case of cheap beer and record just there!

*. How would you describe the musical scene in Rotterdam ?
The musical scene in Rotterdam is splintered I mean fractial, but there are very good bands and individiual musicians and composers here, but not enough stages for us to play... I've been kicked out of the whole horeca for showing my parts or grabbin' to many tits, usually "Drinking too Much". We have a strong punkscene here and sometimes I play Bass with one, there is also a large underground Jazz and Improvised Music Scene here, centered in the "JazzBunker!". We have a Rock Academy, and it's at the end of my street, but I am ofcourse against schools.

*. You say you record most every day... What else do you do ? A day in the
life of...
My daily life is centered around my music, but in the morning when I get up usually at 8.30 I go to the shop at the corner and by the newspaper that I read completely, then have breakfast.
I play a little in my studio, work on my song book, Improvise on new themes or idees, sometimes on covers.. then at 12 I go to pick my daughter up from school she doesn't live with me but her mother works during daytime so I take care. At one I'm free again that's when I usually visit my friend Edman who grows his own "Supergrass" and sells me at costprice, and that is neccesary cause I'm poor by will, but smoke and drink a lot, mostly pure Marihuana Skunkstyle... At three I pick Rosita up from school and we go to town, my place or her house, that's when I usually Internet and she plays with her friends or practises dance. After her mother takes over at about 5.30 I go home to my squat in Delfshaven where I have my studio at home and work and smoke and drink to record till about 1.00. Sleep.

*. Your projects ?
Here and now I am finishing my Legacy '74/'99 cd-rom project I have put
all my older work and new recording as well as punk and electric blues on
one CD-rom featuring Win-Amp and all my work! It's all most finished but I
am all ready working on a new Audio CD named "I'll be Back", you could put
the Startrek love-song "Seven of Nine" on your site it is freely available
at mp3.com/anarcista ,it's one of the new titles...
