Anti-Bush Propaganda in Cuba

Posté par Gflu le 14.03.06 à 22:28
The scene takes place in Havana, at the U.S. Interests Section based in the Swiss Embassy (the United States doesn't have an official embassy in Cuba...). On the front of the building that accommodates them, the Americans displayed an electronic billboard streaming news and human rights messages to remind passers-by that Cuba isn't exactly a paradise for freedom. There was deeply felt anger from Fidel Castro (see this AP news from January 26) who instantly ordered the erection of an odd folding-screen made of flags (picture above) and pretty colored placards (picture below) with the aim of shielding his countrymen's eyes from the American messages. A game worthy of Tex Avery. Question in standby : does guerilla marketing have a liberal or a communist nature ?
More pictures on this page. Big thanks to our Man in Havana, who prefers to stay anonymous.

FAKE! Obviously a photoshop job. I am an expert, so I know. Bush was made President by Jesus, so no criticism should be tolerated.

I did not make George Bush the President.  Stop telling lies about what I do (or did)!
